Will Never buy Ruger again

Bought a LCR 38 special brand new. Took it to the range and the first shot the bullet got stuck in the barrel. Was using the correct ammunition. 38 special 125 grain. Sent it in to Ruger. Just got a call saying they can't fix it but they offering me to sell me a new one for $400. I bought it on sell for $300. Absolutely horrible. Also told me that it wasn't a manufacturing error. Pretty sure if I wasn't even able to shoot one bullet out of it that it wasn't the ammo or me.

Ruger in Mayodan, North Carolina - Jamming problens

I bought a ruger 9e because i had good luck out of the older rugers. I did not do my home work on the 9e . That is the worst hand gun that i hsve ever owned . I bought the gun used but it looked new i can see why it looked so good they could not shoot it. I know you can not do anything. But you need to do better. Thank you.

Ruger in Newport, New Hampshire - Sent a mini 30 in for service, they refused to repair it

I sent a mini 30 in for repairs, it needed to be rebarreled. The web site lists a new barrel installed at $80. They said the gun needed more extensive work, then offered to send me a new one for only $650. (I have found them cheaper through variius sources).

Bought a LCR 22 WMR revolver and it would not eject the spent shell casings the first time out shooting. The bores of ejector have a larger diameter than a 22 LR casing. The ejector passes right by when depressed. Went to Ruger's website and wrote to them, explaining...
